Classics
The classics of metal - whilst always a topic of heated discussion, there is still a sense of universality to some albums, those elite few that are recognised by all as genre landmarks. Everyone will of course have their own favourites, some of which may make the list, although probably a lot won't; needless to say, my own bias will certainly be impressed upon this very list. However, I will make every effort to cover all albums that I believe should be recognised as classics, and I think that mostly everyone will be kept happy. Feel free to make suggestions, but bear in mind that I won't consider anything less than ten years old, and I am only going to be working with what's in my CD collection to start with, simply to place some kind of boundary on myself (otherwise I may just find myself overwhelmed with choice - as it is, I have well over 100 to choose from). If you can't find something you're looking for, have faith and be patient - I'm only one (awesome) man, and I'll be sure to get to it eventually. End rant - enjoy!
